CASE STUDIES

Impact & Case Studies

My most interesting cases have taken me across several industries and settings. In that time, some of the challenges have stood out for what they taught me and what they showcase about what I can do. Explore some of them here.

Healthcare | Regional Public Health System

Case 01 — Hospital Placement Gridlock

The Challenge

In public health, delaying data access delays care. A critical housing placement process for acute care patients was stalled by a 48-hour manual income verification check. It wasn't just individuals affected, but hospital bed availability across an entire regional healthcare system.

What I Did

As the Strategic Lead, I shifted the focus from simply updating software to a more comprehensive Automated Data Exchange model. I modeled complex interdependencies between providers and agencies using process modelling techniques.

The Result

The operational velocity achieved reduced a 2-day administrative delay to just 2 hours. The system could optimize bed turnover and showed how high-level IT strategy can be deployed to solve social infrastructure challenges.

Public Sector | National Social Financial Aid

Case 02 — Scaling Public Sector Service Delivery

The Challenge

A National Social Financial Aid program needed a resilient portal for its citizen-facing service, capable of managing thousands of applications. The project also called for a platform that could maintain strict compliance while offering an optimized user experience.

What I Did

I served as the bridge between legislative requirements and technical execution and led the solution design for a high-traffic Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation. I ensured it had architectural rigor (auditable and maintainable), introduced intelligent automation, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.

The Result

The project successfully delivered a high-performance portal that could scale up to meet demand and set a new benchmark for platform security and architectural governance.

Community | Faith-Based Organizations

Case 03 — Enhancing Community Resilience

The Challenge

Faith-based and community-centric organizations often face the same "Opportunities and Challenges" as any other enterprise, but without the hand of an Enterprise Architect.

What I Did

I dedicated my strategic expertise to providing pro-bono executive briefings that helped leadership teams tackle the high-stakes transition to AI and digital-first operations.

The Result

The curriculum empowered leaders to create digital strategies that utilized tools and resources available to them. It also ensures that community-focused technology is approachable, viable, and long-lasting.

Working With the Community

COMMUNITY WORK

Beyond the corporate landscape, I engage faith-based and community-centered organizations to offer the same caliber of strategic digital leadership that other organizations enjoy. My mission is simple: I use technology to amplify their reach through digital ministry and church media for deeper community connections. With a focus on sustainable impact, I provide strategic guidance in:

  • Strategic Training & Capacity Building — Developed and shared a resource titled "Media and Church Development: Opportunities and Challenges" with church leaders. The methodology teaches pastors how to make the best of digital tools to engage community members and build resilience and relevance.

  • Community Project Leadership — As part of the Big Give project, my church's annual community outreach initiative,
I have led planning and execution. We distribute food, essential resources, and volunteer support to community members who need it. I coordinate logistics and human resources to ensure events go as planned and deliver on their promises.

  • Digital Ministry Strategy — Designing integrated ecosystems that streamline church operations and enhance engagement with churchgoers using accessible technologies.

  • Media & Communication Governance — Establishing frameworks for delivering high-impact media and maintaining a consistent digital presence across platforms.

  • Non-Profit Operational Excellence — Applying business analysis strategies to optimizing internal processes that empower staff to focus on mission objectives instead of admin.

  • Mentorship Projects — Training and empowering volunteers to manage systems with confidence and maintain them over the long term.

  • AI-Readiness for Non-Profits — I prepare community leaders on the ethical and practical uses of AI to enhance outcomes and resource allocation.

I'm available for strategic consultations on digital transformation, AI governance, and technology strategy.
